What is the best midway point between San Antonio Texas and Houston Texas to meet someone for dinner?

I want to meet a friend for dinner who will be driving from San Antonio, texas. I will be driving from houston. What would be the best town along interstate 10 to meet at? I can’t really get a good sense from Map-quest of Google Maps about this. Any thoughts?
